Ordering

How do I find my order status?

To check the status of an existing order, log into your account:

You'll be directed to your order history page, where all of your past and current orders will show up. Click on the order number for more information on its current status. If the order has been assigned a tracking number, that will also be included on this page.

How can I change my order?

After an order has been placed, it cannot be changed.

If you have placed an order for an item of the incorrect size or color, please email info@agoztech.com. Our team will cancel and refund your order so that you can place a new order for the correct item.

Orders tend to ship the same day so once an order is placed, there is no guarantee we will be able to cancel the order before it ships. Please double check all information before confirming your order.

Once shipped, it is impossible for us to change anything about your order or cancel your order.

Where do I enter my coupon code?

Click on the "Apply Coupon Code" link on the right hand side of the checkout screen. Then enter your code in the box.

Clicking the "COMPLETE SECURE CHECKOUT" button will finish your checkout process and process your payment.

What is the return / warranty policy?

Refund and Return Policy

If you're not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for free within 30 days for a full refund (not including the original shipping fee) as long as the item is in new, unused condition and the original packaging is intact. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements.

Warranty Policy

We offer a 30-day limited warranty for all Agoz products. Both warranties cover any manufacturing or workmanship defects but do not cover damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, misuse/abuse or modification of the product.

We cannot guarantee that the exact style or product for claim will be in stock at the time that your warranty claim is processed. But we wouldn't want you to be left empty handed! In this case, we will offer a store credit rather than a replacement. The store credit does not expire and will be valid for any product found at www.agoztech.com.

AgozTech LLC will not be liable for any damages that may result from the use of any Agoz product. Our warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of property such as electronic devices and/or other personal property.

AgozTech LLC allows one (1) warranty claim per purchased product if said product is within our 30-day warranty.

How can I return or exchange an item?

If you would like to make a return or exchange and your item is in new condition with the original packaging in tact, please contact info@agoztech.com.

How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to info@agoztech.com with the subject line reading "I need to cancel my order" and include either your order number or the email address used to place the order in the body of the email. We will respond to cancellation requests during the business hours of M-F 8am-5pm EST. We are not able to cancel or change any part of an order once it has shipped from our warehouse.

Please double check all information before confirming your order. Once an order is placed, there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel or edit the order information, even if the status still states "Unfulfilled" or "Pending Fulfillment".

When will I receive my refund?

Domestic Returns:

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the returned ship date for your account to be credited. If you paid with a credit card, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the funds to arrive in your account after the refund has been issued. If your have not been credited with your refund within 2 weeks of your return shipment, please follow up with info@agoztech.com.

International Returns:

We cannot accept international exchanges at this time.

Shipping

How long does international shipping take?

International orders can take between 1 and 6 weeks for delivery. Note, there is no tracking movement after the order leaves the US. International shipping normally takes 7-21 working days. In cases where customs processing is slow, delivery can take up to 6 weeks. Please note that battery products usually take much longer to make it through customs and can often times take the full 6 weeks to be delivered.

Items are also subject to customs clearance and may be held until duties and taxes are paid. As the importer/consignee, it is your responsibility to pay duties and taxes. We are not able to refund customs fees or additional charges that must be paid to get your package delivered. If your order is returned to the US, please contact info@agoztech.com.

How long does domestic shipping take?

Standard shipments are shipped with USPS and usually reach their destination in 2-5 business days, but occasionally take longer if the carrier is experiencing unexpected delays. Orders require +1 day to process.

Expedited shipments are shipped with USPS,DHL and usually reach their destination in 2-3 business days, but can occasionally take longer if the carrier is experiencing unexpected delays. Orders received after 5pm Eastern Time require +1 day to process. Orders received on Friday after 5pm may not ship until the following Monday.

*Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following business day.*

Orders ship from our warehouse in Hillsborough, NJ.

Where can I find my tracking number?

You can find your tracking information by logging into your AgozTech account from our site's homepage. When you find the order number that you'd like to track, you will find the tracking link below the product information on the order's page.

Please allow ample time for tracking to update. For additional shipping & tracking inquiries please contact the courier directly. We receive the same tracking as you do once shipped and unfortunately do not have insight into any additional information.

Does my phone fit the armband if I have a protective case?

It will not fit your phone if you have a protective case on your phone.

Is the armband water resistant?

It is water resistant and sweat proof which make it great to use in sport activities such as jogging, running, biking, walking, working out etc.

Which colors does it have?

There are 4 colors; black, pink, orange, turquoise.

Bike Holder

Does my phone fit the bike holder if I have a protective case?

It may fit your phone with a slim case, however it will not fit with a thick protective case.

What colors does it have?

There are 2 colors; Black and red.

Cables

Which cable is right for me?

We carry Micro USB and Type-c USB cables in inventory currently. If you are not sure which cable you need, we suggest that you contact us before you place an order.

Does this cable fit my iPhone?

We do not carry lightning cable currently, however it will be in our inventory so soon :)

How long are the cables?

There are 3 sizes; 4ft,6ft,10ft.

Will my phone fit in this pouch/holster if it already has a skin, extended battery, or snap on case on it?

BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER, please let us know the model of your phone and if it has any protector case on it, so we can direct you to the correct listing.

Is my phone going to fit into the case?

If your phone is listed in the compatibility list, it will fit. If you have any hard or silicone case on your phone, please email us BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

What are the dimensions of this case?
