What is your return policy?

Need to return an item? No problem! You will just need your order number and the email address associated with your account to get started.
 
If you are not totally satisfied with your order, and the item is in unused condition with original packaging still intact, the item(s) can be returned for free within 90 days of the shipping date for a refund or store credit (excluding original shipping costs). If the returned item cannot be restocked due to looking used, your request for a refund or store credit will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.
 
*Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
 
*If you are outside of the US, please refer to our international policy located under the International Orders tab.
 
Please allow one week for your return to be fully processed and a refund / store credit / exchange to be issued.

How do I make an exchange?

We are happy to help you make an exchange as long as the item is in unused condition and its original packaging is intact. *If you are outside of the US, please refer to our international policy.

If you would like to exchange a defective item, please contact us.

WARRANTY

General Warranty

We offer a 30-day limited warranty for all Agoz products. This warranty covers any manufacturing or workmanship defects but does not cover damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, misuse/abuse, or modification of the product.

We cannot guarantee that the exact style or product for claim will be in stock at the time that your warranty claim is processed, but we wouldn't want you to be left empty handed! In this case, we will offer store credit rather than a replacement. The store credit does not expire and will be valid for any product found at www.agoztech.com.

Agoztech will not be liable for any damages that may result from the use of any Agoz product. Our warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of property such as electronic devices and/or other personal property.

Agoztech allows one (1) warranty claim per purchased product if said product is within our 30-day refund exchange policy.

*Photos help a lot! If you submit a warranty claim, please include a photo or two of the item so we can better understand the issue.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customs & VAT

Some countries may impose additional taxes or duties (i.e. VAT) and if so, these are the responsibility of the customer. Packages will be returned to the US if unclaimed, and we cannot refund shipping for these cases. The time that a country holds a package in customs varies, and we do not have means of contacting these offices.

International Returns & Exchanges

If you are outside of the US and unsatisfied with your purchase, don't worry! We can help you return your item(s) for a refund (excluding shipping costs) as long as the item is in unused condition and original packaging is intact. We just ask that you pay for return shipping.
